Content Publishing Support

Get your content out of drafts and onto your website — without it eating your week

You already have the words. What you don’t have is the time to format them properly, upload them, get the images sorted, and get everything scheduled and live.

That’s where I come in.

Each month, I take your approved blog posts and social content and get them published — properly formatted, scheduled, and live on the date you need them. No chasing, no half-finished drafts sitting in a folder, no “I’ll get to it next week.”

Recently we used Lou Kozlevcar to help us with our computer needs… And we really were needy. The back-of-house wasn’t as slick as the front-of-house. Lou came in and totally transformed us and we’re forever grateful. Thank you very much Lou.

What you get

Up to 2 blog posts published on your WordPress website
I format each post for the web — headings, paragraphs, links, lists, a featured image, an excerpt, categories and tags, and basic image alt text — then publish it on the date you’ve agreed.

Up to 4 social posts scheduled or published on one platform
Whether that’s LinkedIn or another channel you choose, I prepare and schedule your approved posts so they go out on time, every time.

Images sorted for you
I’ll use your own photos and brand assets, suitable free image libraries, or elements from my Canva Pro library to make sure your posts look polished. If you’d like a premium stock image, I’ll ask first — that cost sits outside my monthly fee. I don’t generate AI images myself, but if you supply one you have the rights to use, I’m happy to include it.

One simple monthly schedule
You’ll always know what’s due, what’s approved, and what’s published — no guessing.

One round of minor corrections
Before anything goes live, you get a chance to request small fixes.

How it works

  1. You send me your final, approved copy — plus any images, access, or information I need.
  2. I format everything for the web and get it ready to publish.
  3. You approve it.
  4. It goes live, on schedule.

What this isn’t

This is a publishing service, not a content or marketing agency. To keep things simple (and keep the price fair), here’s what’s outside this offer:

  • Writing, rewriting, or editing your copy
  • Content strategy, planning, or SEO advice
  • Custom graphic design, carousels, or video
  • Managing comments, messages, or engagement
  • Reporting or performance guarantees

If you need any of that down the track, we can talk about it separately — but Publish stays focused on doing one thing well: getting your approved content live, reliably.

What I need from you

  • Final copy, ready to go
  • Access to your website and chosen social platform
  • Any brand assets or required images
  • Your approval, by the agreed deadline each month

If something’s late, your publish date simply moves — no drama, no rush fees, just a shift in timing.

The price

$550 per month, paid in advance.

No lock-in contract to start. Just a straightforward monthly service that keeps your content moving — while you focus on everything else your business needs from you.

FAQs

Does Content Publishing Support include SEO?

No. This service is about getting your approved content formatted, uploaded and published on schedule — it doesn’t include keyword research, on-page SEO strategy, or optimisation work. If you’d like ongoing SEO support, that’s a separate service starting at $1,200 per month.

What if I need more posts?

That’s easy to work out. It just means the $550 base fee will need to adjust to reflect the extra work involved. Send me an email telling me a bit about your business and what you have in mind, and I’ll let you know honestly whether it’s a good fit and what it would look like.

Will this help my business get more sales?

Not directly. Content Publishing Support assumes you (or your team, or your copywriter) already have a content or marketing plan in place — I’m simply making sure that content actually gets published, reliably. That said, it’s a fair question to ask, and if you’re not sure whether your content is set up to support sales, that’s exactly what a Diagnosis Consultation is for. It’s a separate, one-off service where we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what to prioritise.

Is this a lock-in contract?

No. There’s no lock-in — you can stop at any time. As a courtesy, I just ask for 7 days notice before ending our work together, so we can wrap things up properly rather than leaving something half-published.

Why won’t you generate images with AI for me?

I have friends who work as photographers, artists, and graphic designers, and using AI to generate images instead of using or paying for their work doesn’t feel right to me. If cost is a concern, there are plenty of good free image resources available — and I’m always happy to help you find something suitable.
