Before the day starts, I study your website and your full list of fixes. I identify what needs to happen, in what order, and flag anything that might need a conversation before we begin. We’ll already have a clear plan by the time the day starts.

7 Hours of deep, uninterrupted work on your website. No multiple client work. Undivided attention. I’ll work through your list and fix things properly the first time.

While you go about your day, I head into my digital workshop for a dedicated sprint. I handle the heavy lifting, the strategy, and the implementation so you don’t have to.

At the end of the day, you get a walkthrough of everything I did. In plain English. I can even record a video walkthrough, so you can refer back to it when needed.

You’ll know exactly what changed, why I changed it, and what your site looks like now. It’s the most efficient way to fix any WordPress site, and the cleanest handover you’ll ever get from a WordPress developer.

• Speed Sprint — Your site is probably slower than it should be, and Google is penalising you for it. I’ll clear out plugin bloat, set up proper caching, and fix your image delivery so those red and yellow PageSpeed scores finally turn green.
• Landing Page Build — If you’re running a campaign without a dedicated landing page, you’re leaving leads on the table. I’ll build one that’s clean, on-brand, and designed to do one thing: get the click.
• SEO Data Hygiene — Search engines are likely confused by your site right now. I’ll audit and fix the metadata, schema markup, and heading structure across your top 10 pages so you stop losing rankings to avoidable errors.

• Custom Content Engine — I’ll build out a proper structure for things like case studies or a project gallery, with ACF templates so adding new content in the future is as simple as filling in a few fields. No developer required.
• Smart Intake Funnel — Your contact form is doing too little work. I’ll replace it with a logic-based system that routes people to the right next step — a booking calendar, prep documents, FAQs — based on what they actually need.

Each intensive is scoped to one focused outcome — the thing we agreed on before we start. You’ll know exactly what we’re building or fixing before the day begins, and I’ll deliver it fully completed. What’s not included: scope creep. If we uncover something unrelated during the session, I’ll flag it and we can address it in a future intensive. This keeps the work sharp and actually finished.

A good rule of thumb: if you have one specific problem — a slow site, a weak landing page, messy SEO — the Half-Day is your starting point. If your site needs structural work, or you’ve been patching the same issues for months without a real fix, the Full-Day is the right investment. No need to clear your schedule. I work remotely from my studio in Brunswick, so there’s no on-site visit and no need to sit with me while I work. Before we start, I’ll ask for admin access to your site and any other relevant accounts — then I get on with it. It’s helpful (but not essential) to be reachable via Telegram or email in case I have a quick question during the session. At the end, we’ll do a short walkthrough of everything that was done so you know exactly what changed and why.

To make the most of our time together, come ready with:

• WordPress admin access (and hosting access if relevant)
• A clear goal — what does “done well” look like for you?
• Any brand assets if we’re building something new (logo, fonts, colours)
• Access to Google Analytics or Search Console if SEO or performance is the focus

The more prepared you are, the further we get. I’ll send a short prep checklist when you book.

You’ll leave with a fully implemented result — not a report of recommendations, not a to-do list for you to action later. I document everything I’ve done so you have a clear record. If you want to continue building on the work, most clients book another intensive within a few weeks. There’s no lock-in, no retainer required — just book when you’re ready for the next step.

Once I’ve completed everything in the scope, there’s a 7-day bug fix window. If anything I worked on isn’t behaving as it should, I’ll jump back in and sort it out at no extra charge. After those 7 days, the engagement is closed. If you need more work done down the track, you’re welcome to book another session.

You can pay the full amount upfront to lock in your spot, or split it 50/50 — half to secure the booking, and the remaining half once everything in the scope is delivered. Either way, nothing starts until the deposit is in place, and you won’t be asked for the final payment until the work is done and dusted.

In short, no — and it’s worth explaining why. The Full-Day work is interconnected. Splitting it across two sessions means context gets lost, setup time doubles, and the result is rarely as clean. The Full-Day is priced the way it is because it’s designed to be done in one focused block. If budget is the concern, the Half-Day is a genuinely complete piece of work on its own — it’s not a cut-down version of the Full-Day.
